We’ve created a workspace that has the comfort of your favorite coffee house, the efficiency of a factory, and the service of a hotel, with flexible memberships so you can choose where you work and when you work.

The Union Hall is located in an established and thriving part of Amarillo. There are multiple coffee shops, craft restaurants, and boutique shops within a short distance.

Quick access to I-40 will get you downtown or to the growing south end of the city within minutes.

We work better together and join a community you won’t find at home or the coffee shop across the street.

We have two locations:
2766 Duniven Circle (coworking, private offices, and non-member day pass/ offices)

Our Duniven location includes both coworking and private offices. It has a more industrial design with brick, exposed ceilings, and HVAC. This is our more community-oriented location accessible to non-members through day pass, day office, and meeting room offerings.

3716 Olsen Blvd (private office, members-only access)

Our Olsen location is a private office-only location. It has a modern office vibe. It is great for small business owners and those focusing more on private space. [View Olsen virtual tour]

FAQ’s

Simply put, coworking is several people in a shared office space that do not work for the same company. The idea is to create the community and atmosphere of an office for remote workers, small business owners, and others.
No, members sign an agreement that governs their relationship with the office. But there is NO LEASE.
Really anyone. We have members that are small business owners, remote workers, non-profit organizers, busy moms, and graduate students
No. Everything is included in your membership fee including utilities, free printing, fast wifi, community events, free Palace Coffee, water and snacks
No, you are always welcome to visit. If you want to work for a day you can get a "Day Pass" or you can do a conference room booking
All memberships are month to month by default with the exception of private offices. Private offices have a 4 month minimum term that then converts to month to month. All we ask is that you provide two weeks advance notice and 8 weeks for office members if you plan to leave.
If you would like to sign up for longer we can discuss discounts.
We have various membership levels to meet everyone where they are at. They range $35 per month to $400+ per month.
Additionally, there are non-member rates for day passes, study passes, and conference room bookings
