We meet you where you are
We've created a workspace with the comfort of your favorite coffee house, the efficiency of a factory, and the service of a hotel, with flexible memberships so you can choose where you work and when you work.
Union Hall is locally owned and built for Amarillo's professional community. We're not a generic coworking brand dropped into town. Our members are small business owners, remote workers, nonprofit organizers, busy parents, and graduate students, people who want a better place to work than home or the coffee shop across the street.
Our story
Union Hall opened in December 2017 at 2766 Duniven Circle, founded by Reagan Wilcox. After ten years as a graphic designer, Reagan wanted to give Amarillo a place that blended the best of a home office, a public space, and a traditional office, with the freedom to work when and where you want and the community of a real workplace. The goal was never a sea of cubicles: "I didn't want cubicles and drop ceilings, I wanted a creative environment."
Today Union Hall is owned by Matt Herzberger, one of its very first members. Matt has worked remotely for almost 13 years and found real value in the coworking community, which is why Matt took such an interest in the space and its members from the start. It's still the mission today: creating a space for people to be productive in their work.
In the heart of Amarillo
Union Hall is in an established, thriving part of Amarillo. There are coffee shops, craft restaurants, and boutique shops a short distance away, and quick access to I-40 gets you downtown or to the growing south end of the city in minutes.

Duniven: coworking, private offices, day passes and meeting rooms
Our community location, with an industrial design of brick, exposed ceilings, and exposed ductwork. Duniven has the open coworking space, dedicated desks, Small and Traditional private offices, and our meeting rooms, and it's open to non-members through day passes and hourly meeting rooms.
Olsen: private offices only
A members-only building with a modern office feel, great for small business owners and anyone who wants a quieter, more private setting. Every office size is available here, from a 70 sq ft single office to a 320 sq ft team suite, and clients can wait in a separate waiting area before appointments.

Hours: members have 24/7 access. Our office hours for non-members are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
FAQs
Are there additional fees or costs?
No. Everything is included in your membership fee, including utilities, free printing, fast Wi-Fi, community events, free Palace Coffee, water, and snacks.
What is coworking?
Simply put, coworking is several people in a shared office space who don't work for the same company. The idea is to create the community and atmosphere of an office for remote workers, small business owners, and others.
Do members sign a lease?
No. Members sign an agreement that governs their relationship with the office, but there is no lease.
Do I need a membership to visit?
No, you're always welcome to visit. If you want to work for a day, you can get a day pass or book a conference room.
Who can join Union Hall?
Really anyone. Our members include small business owners, remote workers, nonprofit organizers, busy parents, and graduate students.
How long are memberships?
All memberships are month to month by default, except private offices, which have a 4-month minimum term that then converts to month to month. We ask for two weeks' notice if you plan to leave, or 8 weeks for private office members. If you'd like to sign up for longer, we can discuss discounts.
How much do memberships cost?
We have membership levels to meet everyone where they are: from $99 per month for a Coworking Membership to $400+ per month for a private office. There are also non-member rates for day passes and conference room bookings.
