Regus vs. Union Hall Workspace in Amarillo: Prices, Terms and Who Each Fits

Union Hall storefront

By Matt Herzberger · Updated November 2026

The short answer: Regus is a global network with one downtown Amarillo center, and it publishes "from" prices per person. Union Hall Workspace is a locally owned space with two Amarillo locations and flat monthly prices. If you want a downtown address and access to offices in other cities, Regus is built for that. If you want a simple monthly price, no long lease and free parking, Union Hall is likely the better fit. I own Union Hall, so I've kept Regus's details to what its own Amarillo page says, as of October 2026.

How the prices are different

Regus lists most prices as "from" figures per person, per day or per hour. That's useful for short use, but a monthly budget needs a quote, because the final price depends on the office, the term and the services you add. Union Hall posts flat monthly prices: $99 for coworking, $200 for a dedicated desk, and private offices from $400. If you know what you need, the Union Hall number is the number you'll pay (plus applicable taxes on virtual mail).

When Regus is the better fit

  • You want a downtown address and a staffed reception.
  • You travel between cities and want access to offices in other places on one account.
  • Your company already has a Regus agreement or needs a large, multi-person corporate setup.

When Union Hall Workspace is the better fit

  • You're a freelancer, remote worker or small team that wants a flat monthly price.
  • You want a no-lease private office (4-month minimum) or a $99 coworking seat.
  • You need meeting rooms by the hour at $15 to $30, or a free parking spot at the door.
  • You like a locally owned, owner-run space and have the option to tour either location.

Questions to ask Regus, and any space, before you sign

  • What is the full monthly price, with taxes and fees, for the exact office or desk?
  • What is the contract length at that price, and what does it cost to leave early?
  • What's included: internet, cleaning, reception, meeting-room hours, mail handling?
  • Is after-hours access included, and are there extra charges for printing or guests?
  • Can I tour the exact space before I commit?

Frequently asked questions

Is Regus cheaper than Union Hall Workspace in Amarillo?

It depends on how long you need space. Regus lists private offices "from $6 per person per day," while Union Hall's private offices start at $400 a month. Ask Regus for a monthly quote with the contract length, and compare it with a flat $400 to $900 a month, utilities and internet included.

Does Regus require a long-term contract?

Regus's Amarillo page says hourly and daily access needs no long-term commitment. For private offices, ask for the contract length in writing.

Does Union Hall Workspace require a lease?

No. Coworking memberships and dedicated desks are month-to-month. Private offices have a 4-month minimum and no long-term commercial lease.

Can I get a virtual address at both?

Yes. Regus lists a business address from $3 a day. Union Hall's virtual mail plans start at $39.99 a month. Neither is a registered agent service, so you still need to name a registered agent for a Texas LLC.
