Dedicated Desk FAQs
What am I committing to? Is there a lease?
Our members do not sign leases. We have "membership agreements" that grant you access to the space. For dedicated desks, your membership is month to month. All we ask is two weeks' written notice when you plan to leave.
Will I bother people if I talk on the phone?
Not really. Most folks in the open space are used to phone calls during the day. If you need a private call, you can book the conference room. Most people wear headphones when they need to concentrate.
Can I have visitors?
Of course. Friends and family are welcome to visit. If someone plans to work from the space for the day, we ask that you get them a day pass.
What hours can I access the space?
24/7, with your own keypad code, so you can work whenever you like. We know it might be tempting, but you can't live in your office. No, seriously!
How much is a dedicated desk?
$200 per month.
Can I book meeting rooms?
Yes, at no extra cost. Meeting rooms are shared by all members and booked first come, first served, so please book only the time you need.
